• Business & Brand Promotion: Local businesses, MSMEs, artisans, and home producers can list and promote products and services within a trusted member network. We provide listing support, product presentation templates, and affiliate link management.
• Affiliate Product & Service Listing: Members can upload promotional posts (image + description + link) and sell through member-to-member affiliate flows. Up to 3 promotional posts allowed per active subscription cycle.
• Internal Marketplace: The platform is a closed marketplace — only registered members can view and transact. This increases trust and circulation inside the community.
• Digital Marketing Tools: Basic marketing material templates, caption suggestions, WhatsApp/Telegram share buttons, and seller support for uploading images and proofs.
• Support & Onboarding: Step-by-step onboarding for sellers, KYC assistance, and quick helpdesk support for uploads & payment proof verification.

Nexoindia is a digital subscription platform focused on promoting local businesses and services within a secure, members-only marketplace. Our platform offers listing tools, affiliate tracking, and community-driven circulation to increase discoverability and sales for MSMEs, artisans, and home-based entrepreneurs. We operate on a subscription model where members pay for promotional access and receive commissions for supporting the network.

⚖️ Terms & Conditions (Detailed)

These Terms & Conditions are drafted to provide clear and strong contractual protection for Nexoindia and its members. This section is intentionally comprehensive to reduce ambiguity and to meet compliance expectations for a subscription-based service platform.

1. Nature of Service: Nexoindia operates a subscription-based digital service and promotional platform. The platform facilitates promotion and affiliate distribution of products and services among registered members. Nexoindia is not an investment platform and does not provide guaranteed returns.
2. User Eligibility: Users must be of legal age (18+) and capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. Users must provide accurate identification, contact details and payment information.
3. Subscription & Fees: Subscription fees are charged per plan and are non-refundable after activation. The subscription grants access to promotional features and affiliate mechanisms for the stated validity period (8 Days). Fees collected may be subject to taxes as applicable.
4. Commissions & Payouts: Commission distributions described on the platform reflect affiliate payouts and sponsor income arrangements. Payouts depend on successful subscription activations by other members and compliance with platform rules. Nexoindia reserves the right to correct any distribution errors and to withhold payments pending verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
5. KYC & Verification: KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN, bank proof) is mandatory for processing withdrawals. Nexoindia may refuse or delay withdrawals until verification is complete.
6. Prohibited Conduct: Members must not engage in fraudulent behavior, create multiple fake accounts, manipulate referral links, or use unauthorised payment proofs. Such behavior will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.
7. Content & Product Liability: Members who list products/services certify that they have the legal right to sell or promote those items and that the products comply with applicable laws (labelling, safety, agriculture, food regulations). Nexoindia is a platform provider and is not liable for third-party product claims; members remain responsible for product legality and claims from buyers.
8. Data & Privacy: Member data will be stored securely and used for verification, payout processing, and service delivery. Nexoindia will not share personal data with third parties without member consent unless required by law.
9. Amendments: Nexoindia reserves the right to modify the terms, commissions, operational rules, or technical aspects of the platform. Changes will be published on the website and members will be notified through the dashboard.
10. Termination: Nexoindia may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of terms, fraudulent activity, or lawful order. Upon termination, pending payouts may be withheld pending audit.
11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will initially be attempted to be resolved through internal grievance redressal. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Indian law and resolved in courts having jurisdiction over the company's registered office.

Member data (name, contact, KYC, payment proof) is stored securely and used only for verification and internal operations. Data sharing with third parties will occur only with explicit consent or as required by law. Payment gateways and financial flows conform to RBI guidelines. We retain transactional records for statutory compliance.
